Fun Fitness Training for Kids contains fun-filled activities, games, proper exercise form, healthy nutritional hints, and tips for adults working with children. It includes easy to learn games to be performed individually, with a partner, or in a group, and are suitable for personal training, group exercise, or just for the fun of fitness.
